Price 

Due to the instability of the prices of the labour and the raw materials, our price can be changed at any time and without notice. They are final only after the purchase order has been validated.

Storage and conservation of fireworks

The storage of fireworks requires compliance with official regulations by observing all appropriate security measures.

The devices must remain enclosed in their original packaging and be far enough away from a source of heat and sparks.

Order cancellation and postponement

No order can be cancelled without prior agreement from us.

Cancellation between 15 and 7 days before, the deposit of 30% paid to the order is due.

Cancellation of 7 days at 48 hours a termination indemnity of 50% of the amount of the TIR will be required.

Beyond this time limit of 100% of the amount will be required.

In case of postponement of the TIR date by the customer for reasons of bad weather or other conditions, the associated costs (employees, guarding, loading…) to this postponement will be charged at the real cost with a minimum of 30% of the amount of the order.

In case of associated services (barges, sound, light…) They will be due in full.

Payment

Payments must be made according to the instructions on the purchase orders and invoices.

Any delay in payment shall be without a formal notice:

The interest payment calculated at a legal rate at one and a half times the legal interest rate and that from the first day of delay.

Liability Insurance

CF attestation attached. The guarantees mentioned apply when we let’s fire the fireworks.

If these guarantees seem insufficient, it is your responsibility to have them completed by your personal insurer.

Shooting fireworks

In accordance with the decree 2010.580 of May 31, 2010, the implementation of the fireworks of the group K4, C4 can be carried out only by pyrotechnics having the necessary certificate of qualification.

 Security measures

Provide security barriers and effective ordering to keep the public at a safe distance from our facilities. This security service must be present when our artificers arrive in the field and must remain on site during all assembly, loading and firing operations. He will only leave the premises after the authorization and the departure of our artificers.

Other precautions

A permanent guarding of the place of fire must be ensured after the departure of our artificers until daybreak during a construction of more than one day.

In addition, there is a security and emergency SERVICE with access to the intervention vehicles.

The perimeters and its surroundings must be free of any building depot facility, posing a fire hazard in a radius of 300 meters.

The use of mobile phones is prohibited at the firing point.

Access to the firing site must be strictly forbidden to the public until the day after the shooting so that the personnel designated for this purpose by the client have had the opportunity to carry out the control operations.

Weather situation

Bad weather conditions, such as severe wind, must be carried out by shooting or stopping.

Musical works

The SACEM declarations as well as all the possible rights of execution, reproduction and public diffusion of musical works are always and all the case to the load of the customer.

Contestation

In case of dispute, the Commercial Court of Grasse (Alpes Maritimes) will be the only competent and this whatever the cause, the nature or the place of the litigation and whatever may be the special conditions of sales.

Any order implies acceptance of these conditions. The customer declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions printed on this document.
